MERILab and MERILab Ltd. introduce a line of innovative, custom-designed,
reliable, and highly accurate axle/chassis preset machines
which manifest the latest technology in today's wheel
alignment industry. The axle/chassis preset machines
are used to measure the suspension components of a vehicle
and verify that the caster, camber, and/or toe values
are within plant specifications. The machines use non-contact
(NCA) laser technology to provide this information in
a production or audit environment. On the production
line, this equipment can also automatically or semi-automatically
adjust the camber, caster, and toe.
