How ROVOR Works:
- A "Master" part is scanned or CAD data
is entered
- Critical features are identified and specification/control
limits set
- Comparisons are made to the master or CAD data
- Go/No-Go alarms activate against variation in critical
dimensions
- Real-time process trending charts are updated on
the shop floor
- Data is transfered into DataWeb, a SPC and process
improvement package DataWeb allows matching part ID
to validation, quality reporting, and report archiving
