TEME Engineering designs and builds CanSort Airless Metal Separating Machines. These air-less finger sorters use high speed electro-magnetically operated deflectors, or fingers, to sort any number of shredded metals that may be mixed in with various waste and inert materials. Applications for these airless finger separators include sorting automotive shredder scrap from automobile recyclers and for sorting shredded electronic waste from electronic scrap processors.
Machines are available in widths from 24" to 120" and can be supplied with matching vibration feeders. The fingers have dust proof cast aluminum housings and come in several widths. We will custom design a machine specifically for your process.
