Magnetic Separators

TEME Engineering designs and builds high strength magnetic separation and sorting machines such as Eddy Current Separators.

We use patented high frequency rare earth Neodymium permanent magnets in our concentric rotor eddy current separators and magnetic rollers.

The "CanSort" line of equipment includes magnetic pulleys, overhead magnetic belt conveyors, drum type magnetic seperators, wet type magnetic seperators and much more. These devices are usually combined with a custom made conveyor varying in width from 24"-80". Discharge chutes or conveyors are arranged to meet your specific space and plant layout. These conveyor systems can be further developed into multi-stage fines metal recovery machines.

Operating in some facilities 24/7, this equipment is rugged and engineered for maximum durability.
